Test Shoot Models Wanted

As part of our commitment to continually improve our product, Castle Photo Art periodically will schedule test shoots. These shoots are often referred to as TFP shoots, or Time for Prints. The photographer will conduct a photo session free of charge to the model. In exchange for the model’s time the photographer gets the rights to use the photos in their portfolio and experiment with or perfect new techniques. The model in exchange for their time get free photos they can use in their own portfolio, social media posts, dating profile, or any other need they may have.

Castle Photo Art invites anyone interested in modeling for a TFP shoot to apply. We need models of all ages, genders, shapes, and sizes. Models will be selected based on studio and session need. There is no guaranteed time frame for TFP shoots to be scheduled, and no guarantee all models will be selected. Models will be selected in order of need and not order of application date.

Test Shoots generally take place in Utah and Salt Lake Counties. Other areas of the state may be scheduled for test shoots.

Test Shoot Models will not be asked to do Nude, Swimwear, Boudoir, or other risqué modeling.

I have read and understand the following terms and conditions as outlined by Castle Photo Art (the studio) and I request to be a model for test shots.

Test shoots are conducted free of charge (TFP).
Models may not be selected in the order of application and are selected based on studio needs.
The studio will select those as models for test shots that meet the current studio need.
Neither height, weight, age, race, gender or physical beauty qualify or disqualify and applicant.
Not all applicants for test shoots will be selected.
Test shoots are done based on studio needs and don't conform to any specific time table
The studio may dictate the setting of a session based on studio needs.
Models will receive a contract for the test shoot.
As compensation for their time the model will be given copies of their photos with a release.
Models under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult during any photo shoots
A parent or guardian is required to sign a contract for all models under the age of 18.
Models under contract who "no show" for scheduled shoots will be removed from the call sheet and excluded from future TFP shoots with the studio.
